Follow these guidelines to ensure your print comes out exactly as expected. Proper file preparation guarantees the best possible result.

Resolution & size requirements

Color mode

CMYK โ€” Preferred

Use CMYK color mode for best color accuracy in print. Colors print exactly as designed.

RGB โ€” Accepted

RGB files are accepted but colors may shift slightly when converted to CMYK for printing.

Do's & don'ts

Do this
Use vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) whenever possible
Set up your file at the actual print size
Include a 0.125" bleed on all sides
Keep important content 0.25" from edges
Outline all fonts before saving
Embed all linked images
Use solid black (C:0 M:0 Y:0 K:100) for text
Avoid this
Low resolution images (under 300 DPI)
Screenshots or images from websites
Fonts that are not outlined or embedded
Word documents or PowerPoint files
Files smaller than the final print size
Transparent backgrounds on vinyl prints
Using RGB-only colors for critical brand colors
