NexaGraphics ("we", "us") is a custom print and signage company in Plano, Texas, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through nexagraphics.com, our Etsy shops and our internal business tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, the products you order and any personalization text.
- Artwork and messages: files, logos and notes you send us for your design, and messages you send through our contact or quote forms.
- Account: your email address and login details if you create an account.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics through cookies.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including sending design proofs, order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer your questions and quotes.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database and accounts), Resend (order emails), Google Analytics (site statistics).
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Production partners, who receive your artwork and shipping details to print and ship your order.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Etsy, Pinterest and our business tools
We run an internal, invite-only tool (Etsy Listings Manager) that connects to our own Etsy shops and our own Pinterest business account through their official APIs. It is used only by our team, for our own business:
- Etsy: to create and update our listings and photos and to fulfill orders placed in our Etsy shops. Buyer details from Etsy orders are used only to make and ship those orders.
- Pinterest: to read our own boards and create Pins of our own products that link to our listings. We do not access other Pinterest users' data, and Pinterest data is used only to publish our Pins.
- Access tokens for these services are stored in our private database, used only to call the service that issued them, and can be revoked at any time from the Etsy or Pinterest account settings.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, keep your cart, and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store still works, but you may need to sign in again.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for support, warranty and tax purposes, and artwork files as long as useful for reorders. You can ask us to delete your account, artwork or other information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), trusted providers and access limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
