How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your size and options, add to cart, and checkout. At checkout share your artwork file via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes! Use our custom quote form and we will provide pricing for any size or quantity.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — for large quantity orders, contact us via the quote form for special pricing.

Can I order without artwork?

Yes — add a note that you need design help and our team will reach out.

Artwork & Files

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PSD. Vector formats (PDF/AI/EPS/SVG) are preferred.

What resolution do I need?

Minimum 150 DPI at print size. Vector files have no limit. For large banners/flags, 72-100 DPI is acceptable.

How do I submit my artwork?

Share a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link at checkout. Or email to orders@nexagraphics.com with your order number.

Will you check my file before printing?

Yes — we review every file. If we spot issues we will contact you before printing.

Turnaround & Shipping

How long does production take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Rush options available.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping on every order to all 50 US states. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Do you offer rush orders?

What materials do you use?

Premium materials including 3mm aluminum composite, UV-resistant inks, and weatherproof substrates rated for 5+ years outdoors.
